Why is Blockchain not hackable?

There are many reasons why the blockchain is one of the most secure platforms ever. Foremost is the cryptographic nature of the system’s setup. Every single block added to the chain is assigned an encrypted identity. And before any new block is added, network participants conduct a review to validate it for approval.

Every one of these blocks comprises a set of data encrypted using distinct hash functions. This makes it very difficult for a hacker to manipulate data since alterations will easily be detected. The system only accepts the functions that meet a certain criteria and this is virtually impossible to guess.

Another important feature that makes the system unhackable is the fact that it is decentralized even if a number of computers on a given network were to be compromised the record would still remain intact in countless others.
